Coremech was established in 2012 by the current director, Richard Crook. After working tirelessly through a recession following redundancy, Coremech now stands as a specialist provider of Mechanical and Electrical Building Services based in Leeds operating throughout Yorkshire and the rest of the UK.
We have the skills, experience and a dedicated team to provide a fully comprehensive M&E package, starting from design, procurement, installation and commissioning right through to aftercare and maintenance.
We offer this direct to the end user or developer, sub-contract through a principle/main contractor, or on a sub sub-contract basis to other M&E companies. We pride ourselves and our company on being friendly, reliable, honest, professional and remain client-focussed at all times.
Based in Pudsey, Leeds, we work from commercial premises with state of the art amenities. This includes a fully functional fabrication workshop for small pre-fabrication projects.
We provide our full spectrum of multi-discipline Mechanical & Electrical building services for all turnkey projects, new build construction, refurbishment renovations and bespoke retrofit projects throughout all industry sectors.
Building services engineers are responsible for ensuring a cost-effective, environmentally sound, sustainable design, installation and the maintenance of energy-using elements in buildings. As such, our industry is essential to the Governments’ aim in reducing carbon emissions.
In order to achieve this we work closely with our team, architects, consultants and other skilled engineers making use of all equipment, materials and resource available and involved with, but not limited to; heating, cooling, natural & mechanical ventilation, air conditioning and refrigeration. Mains boosted and tanked water including grey water harvesting, drainage and plumbing. Artificial & natural lighting, LV and HV power, power and controls for escalators and lifts. Communication lines, telephones, IT and data networks, security and alarm systems, fire detection and protection, electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, public health engineering and direct work with utility suppliers such as those that supply gas, electricity, water, drainage, telecommunications and renewable sources.
